why do we don't use propeller in space rockets​

For a rocket,the accelarated gas, or working fluid,is the hot exhuast produced during combustion.......Turbine engines & propellers use air from the atmosphere as the working fluid,but rockets use the combustion exhaust gases.In outer space there is no atmosphereso turbines & propellers cannot work there.
