heya !!
here's your answer:
____________________________
WHEN WE DO VIGOROUS EXERCISE, ENOUGH OXYGEN IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE MUSCLES FOR PERFORMING EXERCISE AND MOVING MUSCLES FASTLY.
SO , THEY DO ANAEROBIC RESPIRATION ( IE THE RESPIRATION WHICH TAKES PLACE IN ABSENCE OF OXYGEN).
THE PRODUCT OF ANAEROBIC RESPIRATION IS LACTIC ACID.
THIS ACID GIVES A FEELING OF FATIGUE AND PAIN IN OUR MUSCLES , THEREFORE WE FEEL PAIN AFTER EXERCISE.
BUT THIS ACID GRADUALLY GETS OXIDIZED WHEN LATER ENOUGH OXYGEN IS AVAILABLE AND PAIN ALSO GOES AWAY.

When we do exercise ..
enough oxygen is not available for the respiration..
so we start anaerobic respiration.
due to this respiration lactic acid is start forming and we feel pain in our muscles
