Feeling anxious, nervous or worried can happen due to overthinking. Some people say that they never overthink. But sometimes even though we are feeling that we are not overthinking. Brain keeps giving pop-ups of certain things. I think this mainly happens with teenagers nowadays. If this problem increase. You can freely visit psychiatrist. It is not bad. This is the need.
