We get perspiration or sweating because our body tries to cool ourselves by releasing water (sweat) through the pores of our skin. And now when we sit under a fan ,the sweat on our body evaporates due to the air directed upon us, making our body cool.

Answer:
When we are sitting under a fan and perspiring, the water (or, sweat!) get’s evaporated faster than usual (because of the fan).
Evaporation results in a cooling effect.
Explanation:
Why?
This is due to the reason that when evaporation occurs, the liquid (sweat in this case) absorbs heat from the surroundings in order to evaporate. Thus, it takes a lot of heat from your body as well. Your skin thus becomes cool.
