During excess physicalactivities, lactic acid, and co2 are released in our body,co2 will be removed from body during exhalation of air,but lactic acid accumulates in our muscles,so we get muscle cramps after excess physicalactivities.By doing massage,or by applying soaked hot water on affected part, muscle cramps can be prevented.
