This is because the water vapour present in the atmosphere gets condensed when it comes in contact with the cold surface of the bottle

we know that air contain water vapour.when we keep a cold soft drink bottle in contact with air, it condenses the water vapour and it can be seen on the surface of the bottle as water droplets.
