Glucose don't need to be digested in alimentary canal, so it directly go and mixes with blood and thus, helps to give us energy.

The reason that we get instant energy from glucose is because glucose is one type of instant sugar. When carbohydrates are consumed, they are digested into glucose.
This glucose is easily absorbed y the blood and provides the body energy. When glucose is taken directly, it don’t require time to digest and hence instant energy is released.
