why do we get milk teeth at birth? why cant the permanent teeth come from birth?

Hey....

We get milk teeth at birth but cant the permanent teeth come from birth becoz when we take birth we cant eat something and we first and directly take milk and at tge age of 6 month we only take milk that why our first teeth is not permanant they made with the remain milk in our mouth .....They permanent after when we eat food....

we can't eat anything at birth after growth we can able to eat .so we get milk teeth at birth.
