We get sleep after a heavy meal in lunch because when we have taken food, our stomach is full and it is also said that we should not do any exercise because it may cause food poisoning and may cause damage in our stomach so if we get a sleep so our eaten meal will get a little bit of time to digest it and you must have known about sense organs which leads us to sleep and get time to digest our food and if we doesn't sleep or keep moving our body for a long time, it will not be digested properly.
