menstrual cramps are mostly caused due to the release of unfresh or old blood clots which must be removed from the uterus since it is hard for the blood to come out by itself it has to be released by the contraction of the uterus walls and that's why you have cramps and don't worry all girls go through it but mainly it is said to be caused due to genetics that is if your mom grand mom and great grandmom had cramps you will too! so chill out girl you will get through this!! pop up some painkillers and start afresh hope it helps you!!

It is agonizing.
You cannot find a single position in which the pain lessens somehow. You can turn and move but nope. The pain won't lessen whether you lay down, walk, roll around, sit or even just stand.
It won’t either have a certain place where it hurts. It's just somewhere between your back and your tummy. It's nerve wrecking and plain terrible.
To be honest it scares the hell out of me when I remind myself that this kind of pain will be the same one only stronger while giving birth. It sounds very unfair for women to have to put up with that.
There's not a day of my periods that goes by without me wishing I was born a guy so I wouldn't have to deal with this.
Lets not talk about the fact that you have to basically change your whole routine on those particular days because your tummy hurts.
Being a female is hard.
