Humid air has more water vapour which decreases the rate of evaporation of our sweat, which would have cooled our body.So more sweat is produced to cool the body if the temperature is high.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER_______________________
On a humid day, air around us has moisture present in it.
The air around us cannot hold more than a specific amount of water vapour at a given temperature.
So THE SWEAT COULD NOT EVAPORATE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE AND WE FEEL VERY SWEATY.
