we hear different voices in a movement because
everyone don't have the same ideology e
their way of thinking may be different from one another .some may support the movement and some may oppose it. some of them are their personal benefits also. what is right for one person may be right or wrong to other individual.
suppose for example take chipko movement. this movement is led to stop deforestation and start afforestation. means ban of felling tree's. here some of them supported the movement to save trees. and some of them opposed it. for their personal development .they raise different voices because of different ideologies
