Why do we hit our hands together when we like something? (clapping)​

• Because without touching our hands we can't clap and clap is considered an appreciation Right??
• So without hitting(touching together) we can't clap.....

Clapping is considered as appreciation. When we want to appreciate someone or something, we clap and without hitting our hands we cannot clap.
