Why do we need a Constitution ? Give any three reasons

a. so that the majority do not dominant the minority
b. the elected representative do not misuse their power so, the Constitution provide safeguards against these representative
c. so, that the proper law should be maintained in the society
A Constitution presents the fundamental framework for the functioning of a State. It is the beginning of all Legislative, Executive and Judicial authorities. It also contributes to the basic Powers of its Citizens and the Legal benefits of its other inhabitants. Many times Constitutions also presents for the methods appropriate for managing the Nation and the qualifications set for its National Leadership. Constitutions also stipulate the Powers of its Management and Administrators. All Laws established by the Legislature should be subjected to an assistant to its Constitution, hence a Constitution is contrarily identified as the Mother of all Laws in a Democracy. All Executive movements must find its administration in the Constitution or a Statute based on it. The Judiciary also is restricted by the structure of the Constitution.
