A democratic nation necessitates a Constitution for the following reasons:

1. First, it sets up some ideals that constitute the foundation of the kind of nation that we as taxpayers want or live in.

2. The  Constitution describes the fundamental nature of our society.

3. A Constitution serves as a set of laws and policies that all residents in a nation can accept upon as the foundation of the way in which they require the nation to be administered.
