Why do we need alternate resources of energy?

Fossil fuels are non-renewable and require finite resources, which are dwindling because of high cost and environmentally damaging retrieval techniques. So, the need for cheap and obtainable resources is greatly needed. An efficient and more feasible alternative option is solar energy

alternate resources of energy are very important to us. Today we need sources such as fuel for transportation, cooking etc. We know these are exhaust able and can vanish if we will waste them this much. So, to save them we need alternative sources such as wind, solar energy etc which are non exhaust able.
