Constitution is a rule book of any country which represents all the fundamental rights of humans. If it doesn't exist then nobody can justice and no rights would be there

We need a constitution because -
1) It helps in proper governance of a country.
2) It generates a degree of trust and coordination.
3) It specifies how the government will be constituted.
4) It lays limits on the powers of the government.
5) It expresses the aspirations of the people about creating a good society.
