Why do we need rights in a democracy why the rights should be included in the constitution

We need rights in a democratic country because rights are the Resonable claims of a person which is organised by society and sanctioned by law.

• It included in a constitution because no one is above the rules and regulations ( constitution ) .
• And also it is not possible for a large community to sit together and take decision on all topic.
