We are provided the fundamental rights to be enjoyed by our Constitution. For this reason everyone is being treated equally and no discrimination is taking place on the basis of caste,gender etc. For this, the adults of India are able to choose their own representatives through General Elections.If there are no laws , the peace and order cannot be maintained in a country.

We need rights in democracy because right are the claim of people given by society and sanctioned by law.
Right are of various type which made it easy to understand for people to understand it's importance.
Rights are very valuable in parliament because parliament is made by law which right to us.
There is differentiation of people for rights on ground of caste, gender and other.
Rights are also made for representatives or party. When they win election are able to make right or law but they also need follow them.
