Because our body automatically takes vitamin D from the sun. but the vitamin c only fulfill by food

The main reason why we should daily eat food that is rich in vitamin C than those rich in vitamin D is that vitamin C is not produced in our body. Moreover, we can get Vitamin D from external sources or without eating any particular food item (Sun), on the other hand, there is no such source of Vitamin C. Therefore, we have to eat food items that are rich in Vitamin C for instance, broccoli, citrus fruits, and tomatoes etc.
