Here's your answer:

When we touch any hot object we immediately withdraw our hands, this is due to phenomenon known as reflex action. In reflex action, sensory nerve endings present in our skin detect the heat and transfer the signal to the spinal cord. The spinal cord then coordinates the response and causes the muscles to move.

I hope this answer helps you.

Its actually called reflex action.

When we touch a hot object then the impulses from the receptor are carried through sensory neurons to the brain which interprets this impulses and sends message through motor neuron to the effector.

That is why we remove our hand.
