Why do we see a full moon on certain nights?

That lighted half is the moon's day side. In order to appear full to us on Earth, we have to see the entire day side of the moon. That happens only when the moon is opposite the sun in our sky. So a full moon looks full because it's opposite the sun.

ANSWER

Just like the earth revilving raound sun, moon revolves around the earth.

So assuming you live in India, when the moon is exactly in front of you, you see a full moon.

As it revolves, you see it fading and then finally blank. Again it comes after revolving and increases it's size upto full moon.

It seems as if the moon changes its shape, bit the moon doesn't change its shape.
