Explanation:
Sky becomes clear after first rain because the dust particles in the atmosphere settles down with the rain drops. So, sky appears clear and bright. After a rain clouds lose all their water droplets resulting in loss of the collection of water condensed and settled on dirt particles.

Answer:
a lot of the times, during rain, the unhealthy particles like dust get washed down thus clearing the sky of such unwanted particles.sometumes the raun water also combine with carbon, suphur and nitrogen present in the air to form carbin di oxide, sulphuric di oxide and nitric oxide.although this forms acud rain which has its disadvantages,i can also at times clear the air.
