why do we see bubbles while boiling water

The solubility of gases decreases with increase in temperature. Here, the gas is oxygen which appears to be in the form of bubbles.

It is because the molecules of water which have turned into gas in the bottom, collect and rise to the top where they burst open and let all the water vapour out into the air.
