When we keep a glass of cold water in a room then the water vapour present in the atmosphere gets in contact with the cold water and condenses to form liquid .
Thus water droplets can be observed.

water droplets always floating in air when it contacts with cold things they sat on it so we see water droplets on surface of a glass containg ice cold water
