Why do we see water droplets on the surface of a glass containing ice cold water???

Because water vapours are present in air. When they touch the surface of glass containing cold water they become water due to low temperature of the glass

When the water vapour present in the atmosphere come in contact with the surface of glass containing cold water, they lose energy and get condensed on the glass surface and they become water.
