due to high temperature the kinetic energy between the water molecules increases due to that increase in kinetic energy the distance between the molecules increases since distance increases and therefore the volume also increases and pressure decreases and water converts into vapour
similarly when the water vapour comes in contact of cold surface the temperature decreases and and kinetic energy decreases and molecules come together
since the come together the volume also decreases and pressure increases and those that turns into liquid

we see water droplets on the outer surface of the glass containing ice-cold water this is because the water vapour presents in air, on coming in contact with the cold glass of water, loses energy and gets converted to liquid state, which we see as water droplets.
