repetitively in our life, but other viral
diseases like Influenza or Small pox only

Those are more deadly hence we are vaccinated against them during child birth. If they were more common humanity cannot survive. A vaccine for common cold was still difficult to make

Small pox is caused by variola virus. Antibodies develop after you get infected by the viruse and become protected against the infection unlike cold.
