Why do we want to go to a hill station in summer?

Because in summer the environmental conditions are hot/very hot due to which our body temperature level rises and to maintain our body temperature we feel like to go to a place with cool environmental conditions so that our body temperature remains at normal. In doing so sometimes we think of going to a hill station because the environmental conditions there is cool.
