Why do we wear cotton clothes in summer ??...:)

During summer,

we prefer to wear cotton clothes to keep ourselves cool . The reason being that during summer , we sweat or perspire a lot . Now cotton is a good absorber of water.

It absorbs sweat from the body and exposes it to the air. Due to increase in surface area, Sweat evaporates by absorbing heat energy from the body and the cotton clothes . As a result our body feels cool and comfortable .

We should wear cotton clothes in summer because during summer we sweat more, On the other hand cotton is the good absorber of water which exposes sweat from our body to the atmosphere and make our body cool.
