We needed Constitution just to give equal rights to people of the country. Constitution plays a very essential role in making the country fully democratic. It is the power and function of the government. It is the set of rules that guard against the misuse of power by political leaders. The Constitution guarantees several Fundamental Rights to the people of the country so that they can live independently in the country without any fear. It keeps the society together and helps in it's smooth functioning.
