Being an theist, I say yes because someone is watching you.
But today's world believes in science and logic so logically we should be honest because honesty is the best policy. If someone is dishonest then he is harming the country's economy by corruption. A dishonest man can do nothing but harm. Honest man are loved and trusted by all as compared to those dishonest. So that's why we should be honest.
