a) curd sets faster in summer than in winter.
b) curd turns sour faster in summers than in winter.

because lactobaccilis bacteria grow fast in summer as temp in favourable in summer as comparatively in winter. and become more sour as bacteria grows more in summer season

a)  Curdling is the process in which milk changes to curd due to presence of certain micro-organisms. Here the process is fasten in summer as at high temperature the microorganisms grow faster.  

b)   Curd turns ‘sour faster’ in summer because at high temperature the microorganisms grow faster therefore it turns the curd sour. Overall the growth of microorganism which are responsible for the formation of curd depends on temperature that is high in summer.
