(i) To reach destinations by army personnel soldiers .
(ii) To identify the targets of armies and to attack them .
(iii) To supply food & medicines to the army personnel at the times of war .
(iv) To identify the enemies army contonments to strike them .
(v) To attack with the war planes the enemy bunkers , places .
   Like this so many uses are there by maps at the times of war .
