She was married to a long named Rana in Rajasthan.
After her marriage her mother-in-law and other family members started to torture her.
As she couldn't bear the punishment/illtreatment from her husband's house she left Rana's place and went to Mathura where she become one of the famous devotees of Lord Krishna.
