First of all, the most important thing that affects the peace within a society is the ideology of the population. This refers to the way individual population thinks about the development within a society. Not everyone has the same level of ideology.

Next thing that affects the peace of development within a society is the involvement factor. It is important that to maintain peace within a society, each and every individual who is a part of the society should participate. This means that every individual should participate equally for development of the society.

Thirdly comes the contribution factor. It is certain that to maintain peace of development within a society, individuals may have to make their sole contribution to the society. Without individual contribution it certainly is not possible to maintain peace at the time of development.

Fourth factor is the interaction factor. It certainly is not possible to maintain peace at the time of development if individuals within the society are not wiling to interact with each other. This means that everyone has to respect every other individuals feeling and rights.
