why do you think Telangana not receive any snow fall during winter months

Several factors contribute to snow formation and snow falls.

- Upper air Temperature need to be around freezing that is near Zero celsius.
- Surface temperature also needs to be freezing. Even if snow falls in upper layer, if the surface temperature is low, it will melt and fall as rain.
- Abundant water vapor presence in air

Telengana weather is not that cold. It almost never reaches close to freezing temperature. Thus, this region does not receive any snowfall.

Telangana does not recieve any rainfall during winter months because the temperature is not cool and there is lot of pollution caused by vehicles,factories and industries. But sometimes it is not cool during winter season but the temperature is hot . Some times people wear cotton clothes in winter season. And only in northern states like haryana,jammu and kashmir receives snow because the region is near to Nepal. Where the Himalayan Range is situated which causes snow fall.
