Why do you think that the clouds are not attracted due to the gravity of Earth???

gravitation forced on the cloud droplets is balanced by the upward forced by the rising air it occupise.so it is buoyant although.in a sence clouds do fall.

Because clouds are lighter than the air that is present in the lower layers of the atmosphere hence they are not pulled downwards and remain high up ... my opinion.
