Question 1: Why do you think the colours of dinosaurs are still unknown? Reason to support you answer.

Answer 1: While skin impressions have been found, suggesting a pebbly or scaly texture but no real dinosaur skin remains.

That means paleontologists don't know for certain what color any of the dinosaurs were.

Scientists in this camp believe that color may well have been as important to these ancient creatures as it is to us.

Question 2: What are the different colours recommended by scientists, historians and archaeologists? Which one do you prefer? Give reasons for this answer too. 2 marks (5 lines minimum)

Answer 2:

The different colours recommended by scientists like green, brown, grey.

This dull coloration would help them escape the detection of predators, enabling some to survive longer.

Because large modern-day warm-blooded animals, such as elephants and rhinoceroses, tend to be dully colored, many scientists think that dinosaurs were, too.

I prefer red colour as it would brighten up the environment.
