Why do you think the state of Uttar Pradesh has more population that Himalaya region

Uttar Pradesh is state which can be easily accessible and approachable than that of Himalayan region.It also has variety of job opportunities that attract huge population.Also the land , water and other resources are in abundance in Uttar Pradesh than that of Himalayan region.
