Why do you think there so few women in parliament ? Dicuss

One major reason for this is gender inequality in our country. Gender discrimination is root cause of this problem. Women are not allowed to go into politics by their families. Also, the sorry state of politics is one important reason. Respected people want to keep themselves apart from politics.
