hii the waste products are secreted because it is the nitrogenous waste produce or the product which cannot digested by the body
if we not secreted the waste than it can flow in blood streams which cause several disease and it also increase the acidity in our blood stream because it contain urea with it which is acidic in nature that's why it is needed to execrete out from the body to remain it safe

if the waste particles got arrested inside our body the concentration of toxicity increases more it clogs the regular functions of intestines kidney liver bladders etc causing disturbance in hormone production thus ending up in the breakage of metabolism
