We need the government to find solutions to many disputes or conflicts because-
1. People may use violent means to settle their differences.
2. This leads to fear and tension among others living in an area.
3. The government is responsible for helping to resolve conflicts.
Hope this may help you....

Answer:
- The government in a democratic country is a representative government.
- We choose our representatives to resolve any issue which is concerned with the nation or with communities.
- If government will not be there, then in the absence of any supreme authority, there will be a chaotic situation where everyone will do what is favourable to them and not for the whole country.
