Economics teaches you how to make well-informed decisions. It majorly comprises of choice-making; what should the government do to cut budget deficit, and stuff like that. It can help you with making decisions after growing up, relating to work and business. It depends on you though, if you want to study economics, it's helpful for you after you grow up. You can make decisions about your career once you know what's going on through economics.
