Actually children are in the age of developments.... So there bones... Mainly bones of course need all nutrition for development.... So compared to adults children need all nutrients more than them.....

And actually adults are not Ironman... They also require nutrients... Proteins of course... But generally we are recommended to eat pulses as they contain protein... Have you ever heard your mom saying to your dad to eat pulses otherwise he will become weak...? But your mom always says that to you....
