the zeros after the decimal point which are not having any non zero value to their right side considered as no value

Rstar: Follow up question: why is it considered to have no value?

I will ask you why 1=01?
You will tell me because if the zero is in the left it will not have any value

In the decimals it is the opposite if the zero is in the right it will not have any value
If the 0 is near the point it will have value if it is far it will not have
ex:010.050
there are two zeros near the point these zeros only that have value

one more thing if you have 1
then start adding 0
10
100
1000
10000
the number is becoming bigger
but in decimals
0.1
0.01
0.001
0.0001
the number is becoming smaller

If you didn't understand please tell me ;)
