Why does a ball floats on water but pebbles donot? Whosoever will answer first i will rate it as the brainllest.. Thanks​

Because it depends on the density and force that applied by object. ball apply less foce in water in comparison to gravitational force .while stone applied enough force to overcome from force of gravitation.thats why ball float on water and peebles sink.
