The ball comes back due to.the graviataional force of earth on the ball i.e gravity on the ball.

- When a ball is thrown upwards in a moving train, ball will move with same horizontal velocity as that that of train.
- Also due to gravitational force acting on the ball, it will come down.
- Hence, ball will come down in throwers hand.
