why does a convex lens has a real focus whereas a concave lens has a virtual focus???

Actually, convex lens forms the image on the other side of the lens when compare to object place whereas in case of concave lens, the image and object is on the same side of the lens.
Also , in case of concave lens image cannot be captured in the screen whereas it can be done in convex lens.
That's why, convex lens has a real focus whereas a concave lens have a virtual one.
