A cool water bottle taken out from refrigerator gets water droplets on its surface because of temperature change. When the bottle is in the refrigerator it gets freezed. So when you take it out of the refrigerator, the frozen particles starts to melt and because of this you can be able to see the water particles on the bottle's surface.
